The base model ELEKTRA selection offers exactly the features as the ELEKTRA evolution. This – together with a special selection of options – allows for a highly optimized machine with no additional engineering or assembly requirements. Thus the ELEKTRA selection is available for molders at a better price and with shorter delivery times.

Nine Unbeatable Combinations

The ELEKTRA selection is available in three standard clamping force ranges (500, 750, 1100 kN) each with three high-performance injection units (55, 120, 300, 450) for a total of nine possible base configurations. The technical data for each is identical with the corresponding models in the ELEKTRA evolution series.

MOSAIC Controls

The intuitive and ergonomic MOSAIC control panel was developed to provide support for all operating tasks from the simplest production routines to the most complex machine setups and optimization. A Wizard guides the operator step-by-step through the setup and programming modes. The controls use advanced networking technologies for fast and reliable communications with the machine.
