Case Study: Retrofitting for Multicomponent Technology

Our electrical retrofit injection unit in vertical position can be installed in all MAXIMA, ELEKTRA and K-TEC machines.

This provides an easy path to multi-component technology:

Simple and cost-effective controls through the integrated IQT and the separate electrical cabinet, (i.e. no extra hydraulic power unit, or drive and control units are needed)
Three injection unit sizes (55, 120 and 300) are available, each with three different screw diameters (starting from 18 up to 40 mm)
Approved serial production components
